We are a family of four...Dad, Mom and 2 awesome sons.  We are very excited to become a family of 5 soon! Our daughter is waiting for us in South Korea, where she is currently living in a special needs orphanage. We started the adoption process early this year after many months of praying about it, considering it and talking about it! Hopefully, we'll be able to bring her home by the end of this school year. Our boys will make the trip with us.  We are excited to see Korea as a family.    

We chose to use Holt International as our adoption agency. They have been fabulous to work with and we would recommend them to anyone. Our daughter is part of the Waiting Child Program, which focuses on placing children with special needs, are part of a sibling group, or are older upon placement. For us, the Waiting Child Program was a good fit. Our youngest son has some developmental delays, so we have a lot of experience in that area. Our daughter seems to have some similar needs.  We feel confident that our family being matched with her was not a coincidence.

Our little girl is 2 1/2 years old, receives some therapy at her orphanage and has a lot of personality! Her brothers are super excited to have her home and so are we. We are slowly accumulating some girly toys and clothes in our predominantly boy home!
